Elderly expats on the radar

VULNERABLE elderly British expats have been given a helping hand by Jávea town hall in the ground-breaking ‘Radars’ programme aimed at preventing pensioners become isolated.
The community project launched by social services 12 months ago looks to reduce the risk of loneliness and isolation for pensioners living on their own and 78 people – the majority are British – have been identified as needing support.
