Denia town hall is launching a crackdown on unlicensed properties offered as lets to holidaymakers.
A council spokesman said they will first give a chance to management companies to register the homes on their books.
Councillor for land, María Josep Ripoll said this was the ‘first step towards improving regulation of the sector’ in Denia.
