The Andalucía Children’s Ombudsman has launched an action against the regional Education Department following an incident in Rincón de la Victoria on December 11 when a five-year-old was left alone in a locked school bus for almost five hours. The Department has already open an investigation into the bus company but the Ombudsman wants “greater accuracy and depth” to decide if further steps are required.
