Yet another repair job is underway on the beachfront walkway in La Mata – this one costing €3.9 million.
Year after year, the promenade is damaged by increasingly potent sea storms, erosion from the corrosive marine environment and heavy use.
This time the work will concentrate on three damaged sections in different areas, measuring a total of 1.3 km.
