An off-road cyclist who fell into an eight-metre-deep ravine in Guardamar del Segura was rescued by the fire service on Tuesday evening.
The man suffered a suspected broken hip in the accident, which occurred close to the ‘Americans’ tower’ (Torre de Los Americanos) military base – as well as cuts and bruises to his legs and arms.
