Arrests have been made after tools worth around €4,000 were stolen from a vehicle in Torrevieja.
A spokesman for the Guardia Civil explained that an investigation was launched – which they gave the codename in English of ‘Weepy’ – after the theft was denounced by a ‘foreign citizen’ on July 31.
