Regional plan to combat climate change

The Valencia government has presented the draft of their ‘climate change and ecological transition’ law.

Councillor for the climate emergency Mireia Mollà said their aim is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% by 2030 – and produce all energy from renewable sources by 2050.

A public network of recharging points will be set up for electric vehicles in all three provinces of the region – Alicante, Valencia and Castellón.
