Police are hunting down 17-year-old Moussa Oukabir as the person who yesterday drove through Las Ramblas in Barcelona killing 13 people and injuring 100 others of 20 different nationalities.
Moussa Oukabir is the brother of Driss Oukabir, arrested yesterday in Ripoll (Gerona) shortly after the terrorist attack. Police are requesting collaboration to find him, but have warned citizens that he is probably armed.
The police hypothesis is that Moussa stole his brother’s passport to rent two vans, one of which was used in the Barcelona attack, the other has been found in nearby Vic.
