A gang transporting ‘vast amounts of drugs hidden in lorries of fruit and vegetables’ has been busted in an operation carried out by the security forces in Spain and Poland, with Europol’s support.
A Europol spokesman described it as ‘yet another victory in the war on drugs’.
He explained that the illegal cargoes were loaded up in Spain and driven to Poland.
