The Supreme Court (TS) has ruled that the concessions allowing the existence of houses at Babilonia beach in Guardamar del Segura cannot be extended.
In a brief explanation, the TS said the residents appeals to allow their homes to remain on public domain coast land had been analysed but denied based on unfavourable environmental reports.
