A 30-year-old Ronda man was arrested by local police on alleged charges of attempted murder in Nueva Andalucía earlier this week, after stabbling his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend – hours after being released from jail after serving a nine year stretch. According to witnesses, the man stabbed the 28-year old whilst he was at Nueva Andalucía’s feria with his girlfriend. The victim did not suffer serious injuries.
