The British driver who on May 28 allegedly hit three pedestrians in Marbella and crashed into several vehicles while trying to flee has been remanded in custody, while his passenger, also British, was released on €25,000 bail last Thursday. The two men, both 27, have yet to be formally charged with any crime, while the police investigation continues.
