Estepona has a new museum after the provincial government last week opened its second Museo de Arte de la Diputación (MAD), joining the existing one in Antequera. The new museum, at the Casa de Las Tejerinas in Plaza de las Flores, has 492 paintings by Spanish artists, all from the 21st century. It is open Mondays 9am-1.30pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am-1.30pm and 3.30pm-8pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm, with free admission.
