People parking their cars near the Torremolinos National Police station in Calle Skal must lock their car with the key, and not the remote control, as the station’s frequency inhibitor, meant to block mobile communications, also blocks the remote controls from working. Residents of the zone say they are used to the situation but some visitors are unaware of it and unwittingly leave their cars unlocked.
