A 57-year-old man whose identity has not been released died while swimming at La Carihuela beach in Torremolinos on Saturday. The 112 emergency service said it received a call at 1.40pm reporting that members of the public had pulled a man from the water. When medics arrived the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Autopsy results are awaited to determine the exact cause of death
