The former president of Barcelona Football Club, Sandro Rosell, was detained early on Tuesday by police investigating money laundering. Searches were made at his home in Barcelona, as well as in Lleida, Girona and Andorra. Also suspected in the same investigation is Ricardo Teixeira, former president of the Brazilian Football Confederation.
