Two men have been arrested by National Police after 22 horses and four dogs were found abandoned at a farm in Vélez-Málaga. Urgent veterinary help was required with one horse put down and others described as critical through undernourishment, infection and injuries. The 44-year-old horse owner and 74-year-old dog owner now face charges of animal cruelty.
