The contract for the construction of the new northern approach road to Málaga airport was awarded last week to a consortium headed by the Madrid company Acciona. The 1.65 kilometre road will link to the city’s Hiperronda (northern ring road), and work includes improved access to Alhaurín de la Torre. The €26.7 million project will take three years to complete.
