“They love us” – tourism chief aims to cement special relationship with Scotland

Valencia tourism chiefs set up a ‘beach’ at Waverly station in Edinburgh in an attempt to encourage more people from Scotland to visit the region over the winter.

Regional councillor for tourism, Nuria Montes claimed the promotional activity would ‘bring the sun closer to the people of Edinburgh’.

Sra Montes assured that ‘Scottish people love the Valencia region due our sunshine and our beautiful beaches’.
