Shopping till complaint

Dear Sir,
Last week shopping at Lidl supermarket in Benissa, I was detained by the management for a full till check because the cashier claimed I short changed her.
They did not apologise for the cashier’s error, but offered me 10 euros compensation that I did not accept.
Their highhanded manner, plus warning me not to complain has left me very angry. So think twice when using cash in payment, it is open to a scam.
