A new campaign to try and rid Fuengirola of insect and pest problems in time for the summer season began on Monday, May 16 and will continue until June 10. The disinfestation project will involve fumigations and, this year for the first time, a pigeon control service. The company undertaking the project has split the town into 24 sections, with work starting at the town’s eastern side before moving westwards.
