The world first-ever express ferry powered by natural gas interior combustion engines is in Dénia and hit the water for the first time this week.
Baleària, the cross-Mediterranean passenger shipping firm based in the Marina Alta district capital, reported that the Eleanor Roosevelt’s maiden voyage from her building yard in Gijón, Asturias on Saturday was a success, and she will make her first crossing to Ibiza in early 2021.
