Police have seized 30,000 tickets for an unlicensed lottery in Estepona. The tickets, with a price of €2 each, were confiscated from the local office of the Organización Impulsora de Discapacitados (Organisation to Promote Disabled People), which was run by a married couple and their daughter. They had 16 vendors selling tickets for the unauthorised lottery, said officials.
