Spanish PM Mariano Rajoy, of the Partido Popular, was in Marbella on Saturday for the presentation of the PP’s mayoral candidates in Andalucía’s provincial capitals and cities of more than 100,000 residents, at next year’s municipal elections. At the event, Sr Rajoy praised the management of Marbella and Málaga mayors Ángeles Muñoz and Francisco de la Torre as models to follow.
