Estepona town hall has launched its autumn-winter planting campaign, with some 250,000 shrubs and flowering plants to be planted in parks and green zones between now and March. The plants are from the municipal nursery, which following a recent expansion has the capacity to produce more than 500,000 plants a year, said local officials.
