The Marbella council has approved the consolidated version of the town’s 1986 local development plan (PGOU), the current plan after the 2010 PGOU was annulled at the end of 2015. The approved version of the 1986 plan does not incorporate new changes but brings together all the previous modifications to plan, with some corrections, said the town hall. Opposition groups criticised the failure to put the document out for public comment.
