Fuengirola’s council announced last week that the multi-phase improvement project along the town’s seafront walkway is almost totally complete, with work on a section of the paseo near the Playa del Castillo almost done. The final €128,000 stretch has seen the council turn land that was previously private property near the border with Mijas into boardwalk, alongside the creation of a small parking area and access route to the beach.
