The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by the Spanish Federation of Naturism against local legislation banning nudists from beaches in Cádiz city. Friday’s ruling ends a seven-year battle by the group for nudism to be considered a fundamental right, as enshrined in the Constitution. The court said the city has the right to manage its own facilities, including public spaces.
