Nerja’s former councillor for foreign residents, Emma Hall, has returned to the town council. Last week, she was sworn in as a councillor representing the Partido Popular, presently in opposition, to replace a colleague who has resigned. The socialist PSOE party, part of the controlling coalition at Nerja Town Hall, also again gained a new councillor, local business leader Sara Rivas.
