A 23-year-old Irish tourist suffered a serious head injury after falling around 20 feet from the balcony of the seafront apartment building in Marbella where he was staying. It is believed he fell while leaning on a low-level wall as his girlfriend was opening the door of the apartment when they returned home from a night out, shortly before 3am last Friday. He was taken to hospital in serious condition.
