The Guardia Civil have arrested three people accused of dealing drugs, in some cases to minors, in the Secadero district of Manilva, near a school and several children’s playgrounds. They also attracted addicts and users from nearby towns, some of whom paid for their drugs with stolen goods. In addition, the investigation also solved the thefts of two mopeds, in Estepona and Gibraltar.
