ECO19. Valencia, 13/01/2012. - El Colegio de Agentes de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria de Valencia ha presentado esta mañana un informe sobre la evolución del precio de la vivienda en la comunidad. Los agentes esperan que a finales del primer semestre de este año se produzcan "pequeños repuntes" de venta de viviendas usadas, cuyos precios continuarán a la baja y descenderán entre un 3 y un 4 % más. THE VALENCIA government wants to know exactly how much land lies at the disposal of the construction industry in the region’s three provinces of Alicante, Valencia and Castellón.
A report will have to be completed in three months.
