Mijas town hall last week issued a licence to holiday resort Club La Costa for the construction of 50 homes in the complex, with an investment of close to €6 million. The company will also carry out infrastructure work in the zone, including improved access to the A-7 via the creation of slip roads for entering and exiting the motorway.
