The Quatri promoters of a new luxury hotel on Málaga’s port want to start construction next year. The project would create 1,300 jobs while the five-star Gran Lujo would have a staff of 350 at its opening in 2020. Plans for the 135-metre skyscraper, including commercial centre, casino and conference venue, opened for a period of public consultation on Monday.
