Over 300 poeple were injured, several taken to hospital in serious condition, after a section of the promenade in Vigo (Galicia) collapsed during a concert last night (Sunday) at the end of the O Marisquiño local festival.
Two of those seriously injured are 15 year olds.
Initial reports suggest strucutural damage in the concrete blocks that support the wooden planks forming the promenade over the port area.
