Mijas town hall has announced it will provide the paperwork necessary for owners of homes who are trying to register them as holiday rentals under the new regional regulations for such properties, but who lack the required licence of first occupation. It says a certificate of habitability and non-encumbrance of town planning sanctions serves as a substitute.
