The rubbish collection service is gradually going from bad to worse in San Miguel de Salinas, according to the Arcángel residents’ association.
Since August, the concessionary company has sealed most of the underground bins and put brown containers in their place, forcing residents to put mixed rubbish in them even though they are supposed to be exclusively for organic waste, they stated.
