DOZENS of long cracks – some of them several millimetres deep – have appeared in the walls of the Ramón de Campoamor civic centre on Calle Ciprés in Orihuela Costa.
At the same time ground at the entrance to building has subsided, revealing part of the underground framework of the structure.
According to the council, ‘the risk of collapse has been ruled out’.
