Climate change

Hi David,
On page 51 an article by Paul Arnold on climate change, whet my whistle. We keep blaming fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas, but we never blame ourselves.
I remember open fields and playing on roads as a child. Now the fields have gone to houses and roads are just great big car parks.
Every time we build one house, we need more power for lights water and heating, also more transport. Multiply this by the millions of homes we need every year, how are we ever going to stop global warming?
It seems to me that we are tackling this all wrong, birth control to slow the population down.
Remember when we switch on a light bulb or put the heating on, we are adding to global warming.

Many thanks.
John Felix
