EXPAT campaigner Harry Shindler MBE has sent out a message to Britons abroad over the Conservative government’s promise to give all UK citizens the right to vote in elections.
Mr Shindler stated: “After all our years of campaigning for our democratic right to vote, we really are nearly there.”
