Driving licences: make the change

BRITISH expats are being strongly advised to change their UK driving licence for a Spanish version ahead of Brexit.
The process can be “frustrating and painful” according to Consul Sarah-Jane Morris – but UK nationals could face being hit with fines if they fail to comply with Spanish law.
And once Britain has left the European Union, expats were warned they could have to take a new driving test to obtain a licence.
