EXPATS are leaving the Vall d’Albaida, La Costera and Canal de Navarrés in droves, according to Spain’s National Statistics Institute (INE) – six in 10 towns and villages have seen an exodus of foreigners in the past two years and the three districts have clocked up seven consecutive years of non-Spaniards leaving, dying or not reproducing.
