Turre council has announced plans to convert a plot of waste land behind the school into a new “mega-park”.
Mayor Martin Morales said: “I am planning to use our share of provincial council funds to convert this wasteland into a new green lung for our village, a space where residents can exercise and play. We will also take advantage of the spring there to provide allotments for those who want them.”
