Walks and exercise from Saturday onwards

Minister for health Salvador Illa has just announced the regulations will allow adults (aged 14 and over) to take exercise or go for a walk from Saturday (May 2).
Outdoor exercise/sport must be done alone. The person cannot leave their municipality while doing their sport.
Walks can be done with one other person who lives under the same roof.
They cannot go more than 1km from their home and cannot leave the municipality.
They have to observe social distancing.
Adults can only go out once a day to walk or take exercise.
This must be done between 06.00 and 10.00, or 20.00 to 23.00.
People aged over 70 and people who need assistance have to take their exercise or walk between 10.00 to 12.00 and 19.00 to 20.00.
Children aged 13 and under are allowed to take their walk with an adult between noon and 19.00.
People who live in municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants can take their exercise or walk any time between 06.00 to 23.00.
Sr Illa said that a guide for the regulations will be published tomorrow.
