CAREFULLY planned road repairs were thrown into chaos this week as Calpe sacked its chosen constructor for ‘non-compliance’ with the terms of the contract.
The town hall must now start the tender process again for the work after the local authority ‘terminated’ its agreement for the €250,000 of work, to be financed by the provincial government of Alicante.
