FINESTRAT town was rocked by the double death of 40-year-old Pedro (Pere) Llinares and his former girlfriend María Bláquez, aged 33, on Tuesday morning.
A Guardia Civil patrol was despatched to Pere’s country house in Partida Alqueria at 13.00 following a call from María’s current partner reporting her disappearance as she had not turned up for work.
