A YOUNG man from Marbella who has designed a protective suit that could change not only his own life, but the lives of thousands of other sufferers of an incurable, rare and terrible genetic condition, has been awarded a €10,000 grant to invest in his project.
Iñigo Ibarrondo, who was born with the painful condition Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), also known as Butterfly Skin, has designed a body suit which he says will not only protect the wearer but also allows greater freedom of movement for people with the condition.
