A Scottish ex-councillor in San Fulgencio has accepted a conviction for administrative wrongdoing but denied he had any intention to commit an offence.
Jeff Wiszniewski told CBNews he agreed to a deal with the public prosecutor, which bars him from holding public office for seven years and orders him to pay over €3,000 to the town hall, because he wanted the five-year ordeal ‘over and done with’.
