Costa councils and other official organisations have called a minutes silence at noon today to show their condolences to the victims of yesterday’s (Tuesday) attacks in Brussels.

In Alicante, a major gathering will take place at the City Hall with the Belgian consul and all the consular staff. A book of condolences has been opened at the consulate in Alicante
