THE PUBLIC prosecutor in the case of slain Jalón couple Peter David and Jean Ellen Tarsey will be seeking a 42-year prison sentence for their alleged killer.
The accused, identified as 65-year-old Driss D, was arrested six months after the crime was committed.
According to Guardia Civil investigators, Driss was a friend of the couple and often helped them out with work around their Jalón home.
